Babies have been on my mind lately (it's not what you're probably thinking!). I recently visited two lovely mothers with two adorable babies and, the little beauties inspired me to create this gift wrapping idea.
It's really easy to make. I first covered the gift box with crepe paper in a soothing shade of peach. I then drew and cut out some baby clothes like a pair of socks, a bib, a frock and a onsie. I wound some jute string around the gift, dividing it visually in four squares. I then stuck one baby item in each square using some glue and the baby gift wrap was ready.
I love how this gift wrapping idea is so simple and versatile. While this one is apt for a baby shower gift, you can also adapt it for older kids. Depending on what the kid likes, the gift wrap could include tiny cutouts of cars, dinosaurs, dolls, animals, crayons and cartoon characters.
